Domaine de l'Encantade Cotes Catalanes Porque Porcus 2021 food-dry goods and black pepper notesA beautiful blend of Grenach, Carignan, and Syrah, this wine is playfully named for the wild boars that plague the vineyards of Roussillon. It is also a joy to drink, with meaty notes (a whiff of roast pork perhaps?) coexisting with broad spectrum fruit and savory spices.
